Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The item is defective or damaged
- The item is not as described
- The request is made within the return window
Orders cancelled within 12 hours of purchase may also be eligible if not yet shipped.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received
- Proof (photos or videos) may be required before approval
- Items showing misuse, damage after delivery, or normal wear are not eligible
Returns are only accepted after contacting customer support and receiving return instructions and the correct return address. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Process
Contact returns@viblea.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting evidence if applicable.
Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the correct return address.
Shipping for Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.
We are not responsible for returns sent without following the provided instructions.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges & Replacements
Exchanges or replacements are only processed after the original item is returned and approved.
Defective items may be replaced after review of evidence.
Non-Eligible Returns
- Returns outside the 30-day window
- Used, damaged, or incomplete items not caused by transit
- Items sent without prior authorization or correct return instructions
