Shipping & Delivery

How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

How long does shipping take?
  • European Union (EU) & United Kingdom (UK): 5–8 business days
  • United States & Canada: 5–8 business days
  • Australia & Oceania: 6–9 business days
  • International (Rest of World): 6–9 business days

Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on carrier operations, customs processing, or unforeseen delays.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your shipment anytime through our Track Order page.

What if my order is lost or damaged?

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, contact returns@viblea.com immediately. We will assist you after verification with the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Items with manufacturing defects or shipping damage can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. Exchanges are processed after the original item is returned and approved.

Who covers return shipping costs?

Viblea covers return shipping costs for defective items.

How do I request a return?

Email returns@viblea.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Warranty

Which products include warranty coverage?

Only electronic devices, including LED skincare devices and other electronic products, are covered under warranty.

How long is the warranty valid?

Electronic devices are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and technical malfunctions only.

What is not covered?

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear is not covered.

How do I submit a warranty claim?

Email warranty@viblea.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue. We will provide further instructions.

Payments & Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes. Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as they have not been processed or shipped yet. Please contact orders@viblea.com as soon as possible.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes. Installment payment options such as Klarna, Afterpay, PayPal Pay Later, or Affirm may be available at checkout depending on your location and eligibility.
