Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact orders@viblea.com immediately.
We will review the case with the carrier and assist with a replacement or refund where applicable.
Incorrect Address

Once an order is processed or shipped, changes cannot be guaranteed.
Refused Deliveries
