At Viblea, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for our products.
1. Watches
All Viblea watches are eligible for returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase if you are not completely satisfied.
Contact support@viblea.com with your name, order ID, and reason for return/exchange.
Products must be returned in original condition and packaging.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
Note: Watches are also covered by a 2-year warranty for defects in materials or workmanship.
2. Accessories (Knee Supports, Bracelets, and Similar Items)

Accessories do not have a standard warranty.

They are eligible for exchange or return only if damaged or defective upon delivery.

Proof required: Please provide clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect along with order details.

Contact support@viblea.com immediately if your item arrives damaged.

Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving shipping instructions from Viblea.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if:

You received a damaged product

You received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
4. How to Return or Exchange
Email support@viblea.com with:

Name

Order ID
-
Product and reason (return/exchange/damaged/incorrect)
- Photos or videos if applicable
Wait for return instructions from our team.
Return the item using the provided shipping method.
Important: Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after receiving the returned item.

No restocking fees for Viblea watches.

Accessories are refunded only if damaged or defective.
Pay Later / Installment Purchases:
If you purchased using a Pay Later option (Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, PayPal Pay Later), the refund will be processed directly with the provider. Viblea will notify the provider to adjust your payment plan accordingly.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase by emailing support@viblea.com.
7. Shipping
Viblea offers free worldwide shipping on all orders.
Return shipping costs may apply for exchanges/returns, except where prohibited by law.
