Coupon Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of any promotional coupons, discount codes, and limited-time offers issued by VIBLEA. By applying or redeeming a coupon on our website, you agree to the rules outlined below.

1. Eligibility

Coupons may be used only on purchases made directly through the official VIBLEA online store. All coupons are intended for personal use only and cannot be transferred, resold, or exchanged for cash.

2. Validity Period

Each coupon has a specific expiration date. Expired coupons cannot be reactivated, extended, or manually applied by our support team.

3. Applicable Products

Unless otherwise stated, coupons apply only to eligible products listed on the promotion page. Coupons cannot be applied to bundles, sale items, or already discounted items. Certain limited-edition or new-release products may be excluded.

4. Coupon Limits

Only one coupon can be used per order. Coupons cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or loyalty rewards. Coupons are limited to one use per customer unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Minimum Purchase Requirements

Some coupon codes may require a minimum order value before tax and shipping. If the order does not meet the required minimum, the coupon will not be applied.

6. Misuse & Fraud

VIBLEA reserves the right to cancel any coupon or any order using that coupon if fraudulent activity, abuse, or unauthorized distribution is detected.

7. Returns & Refunds

If an item purchased with a coupon is returned, refunds are issued only for the amount paid, not the full pre-discount value. Coupons used on refunded orders cannot be reused or reinstated.

8. Changes to Coupon Policies

VIBLEA may update, modify, or discontinue coupon programs at any time without prior notice. The terms applicable to a coupon are those published at the time the coupon was issued.
