Your satisfaction and trust in our products are important to us. That’s why we offer a 2-year limited warranty for all Viblea watches.

1. Who is Covered

This warranty applies to the original purchaser of a Viblea watch bought directly from Viblea website.
It is non-transferable.

2. Warranty Period

All Viblea watches are covered for 2 years from the date of purchase, against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Note: Knee supports, bracelets, and other accessories do not include a warranty; they are eligible only for exchange or return if damaged upon delivery.

3. What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Exposure beyond specified limits (e.g., water resistance)
Normal wear and tear, scratches, or cosmetic damage
Loss or theft
External events such as fire, floods, or natural disasters

4. What We Offer

If a defect occurs within the warranty period, we will provide one of the following solutions:

Free repair using new or refurbished parts
Replacement with a new or refurbished watch
Refund of the purchase price if repair or replacement is not feasible

Shipping costs to return the product for warranty service may apply, unless prohibited by law.

All replacement products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or any additional period required by law, whichever is longer.

5. How to Request Warranty Service

To request repair, replacement, or refund, contact support@viblea.com and include:

Photos and description of the defect
Proof of purchase
Product with all original packaging and items

Claims must be submitted within the warranty period.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Viblea is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.
The maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the defective product.

7. Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of Portugal, without affecting consumer legal rights.
If any part of this warranty is invalid, the rest remains in effect.
