How long will delivery take?
United States and Europe: 5–7 business days. International: 6–8 business days. Tracking information is included.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free worldwide shipping on all orders. Tracking details are emailed once your order is dispatched.
Are customs, duties, or taxes included?
No — all duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility.

How can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours by emailing us at support@viblea.com with your order ID.
What is your return window?
Watches may be returned within 30 days if unused and in their original condition.
Can I return a used or damaged watch?
Only watches that arrive damaged are eligible for return; used or worn watches are not accepted.
Who pays return shipping?
Return shipping costs may apply for exchanges/returns, except where prohibited by law. If the item is damaged or incorrect, we cover replacement shipping.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item.

Are the watches compatible with my phone?
Compatible with Android 4.4 and above, and iOS 9 or later, depending on the specific Viblea watch model selected.
Is there an app for the watch?
Yes — a free companion application connects your watch to your phone for full tracking and notifications.
Can the watch receive notifications?
Yes — calls, messages, and supported app notifications appear directly on the watch.
Are the watches waterproof?
All watches are water resistant and suitable for swimming and light water activities. For deep diving or high-pressure water sports, check the specific model details on the product page.
What health sensors are included?
Watches include heart rate monitoring, SpO2 tracking, activity tracking, and women’s health features such as menstrual cycle and fertility tracking. See the product page for full specifications.
WARRANTY & PAYMENTS
Do watches have a warranty?
Yes — all watches include a two-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
How do I request warranty service?
Contact support@viblea.com with proof of purchase and photos of the issue. Follow the instructions provided for returning the product.
Are payments secure?
Yes — all payments are securely processed via SSL encryption, ensuring your personal and financial information is fully protected.
Which payment options are available?
We accept standard card payments and selected “Buy Now, Pay Later” providers where available (Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, PayPal Pay Later).
