Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes. Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as they have not been processed or shipped yet. Please contact orders@viblea.com as soon as possible.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your shipment anytime through our Track Order page.

Can I return my order?

Items with manufacturing defects or shipping damage can be returned within 30 days of delivery. To request a return, email returns@viblea.com with your order number and reason for return. Instructions will be provided.

What are the return conditions?

Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Returns due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not accepted. Viblea covers return shipping costs for defective items.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Do you offer warranty?

We offer a 2-year warranty on all electronic products. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and technical malfunctions only. Standard skincare products are not covered.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, MB Way, Multibanco, iDEAL, Klarna, Afterpay, Affirm, and other secure payment methods available at checkout. All payments are processed through secure and encrypted payment systems.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes. Installment payment options such as Klarna, Afterpay, PayPal Pay Later, or Affirm may be available at checkout depending on your location and eligibility.
